This website is provided "as-is" and in good faith. A+Tuition will endeavour to ensure that the website is available and functional at all times, but cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from non-availability or loss of function of the site.

By using this website to arrange tuition through A+Tuition, by responding to any of the adverts on this website, or by placing an advert on this website, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

Provision of tuition is subject to a suitable local tutor being available.
Cancellation: One week's notice is required. In normal circumstances, 50% of the usual fee will be charged if the tutor receives less than 72 hours notice of cancellation. The full fee will be charged if the cancellation is within 24 hours.
Notice of termination: Two weeks minimum is required.
IMPORTANT: Child Protection - a parent/other responsible adult must always be present in the house during lessons. Your tutor will not give a lesson if the pupil is alone, and cancellation fees may apply. Your tutor is CRB-registered.
Your tutor is self-employed and is responsible for their own income tax and National Insurance - you are not acting as their employer.

Prospective Tutors:
Important: You are responsible for your own tax and National Insurance, and for any professional indemnity insurance you may require. The HM Revenue & Customs helpline for newly self-employed people is 0845915 4515. You may be considered as part-time self-employed even if you also have a full- or part-time job as an employee. If in doubt call the HMRC. A+ Tuition cannot take any responsibility for your financial matters!
